Bob Keener

Robert W. Keener has been involved in the real estate field since 1976 as a General Contractor, Construction Manager and Real Estate Developer.  He co-founded KB Development / Trident Constructors, Inc. in 1979 and then in 1992, he created Mid South Constructors, L.C., with its related development interests.

During the time since he began his involvement in real estate, he has been managing partner and developer of over $200 million in commercial assets.  In addition to the commercial development and construction, he has been responsible for the construction of multi-family and commercial properties in excess of $250 million.  He attended the University of Texas at Arlington from 1964 to 1967.  He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1967 and honorably discharged in 1969, at which time he returned to college to complete his education.

Victor Menasce

Victor Menasce is a seasoned executive having held senior roles in both private and public technology companies (Applied Micro Circuits, Tundra Semiconductor, Somerset Technologies, Wavesat, and Nortel Networks). More recently, Victor has specialized in real estate development projects across the US and Canada as the Managing Partner at US Real Estate Partners. His projects include in-fill apartment buildings in Chicago and Philadelphia, land development in Toronto, and workforce housing and apartment complexes in Louisiana. 

Victor is the author of two books on investing. His most recent book, “Magnetic Capital” has received critical acclaim from notable specialists in raising capital and business development.  A frequent guest on radio and TV, he is called upon to speak on investment strategy. He’s the host of the Real Estate Espresso podcast.

“Sharon Foreman”

Sharon is a Louisiana native who currently resides in the New Orleans area where she is responsible for marketing and client relationship management. Ms. Foreman brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience as the co- founder and franchisor of Another Broken Egg of America which she sold in 2011. She has extensive project management experience and has been involved in the development of significant real estate projects in her  career. Ms. Foreman is playing a key role in assembling the core team on the ground to execute the projects.

“Pam Abide”

Pam is a Louisiana native who currently resides in the New Orleans area where she is responsible for operations and management of the investment portfolio. She is also responsible for acquisition of new assets. The company’s holdings include commercial and residential real estate, land, mineral rights, and oil and gas wells. Ms. Abide brings a wealth of service and retail experience to the table and has been instrumental in building the company’s operations and systems.

“Loe Hornbuckle”

Loe Hornbuckle is a Louisiana native who lives in Dallas, Texas.  Loe is operating partner of Sage Oak Senior Living, LLC and its subsidiary companies.  For the past fifteen years, Loe has developed his extensive background in sales, marketing, property management and customer service.  He has been an integral part of nearly one hundred real estate transactions since 2010, including the five residential care homes he is currently responsible for operating today.  Loe immersed himself in the senior housing field in 2015 after going through the difficult process of choosing the best option for his grandmother in her time of need.  Loe is a licensed Assisted Living Facility Manager in the state of Texas and looks forward to providing elderly the loving and caring home they deserve.  In addition to being a partner, Loe will serve as General Manager over all the homes and will oversee the construction process.  

“Don Murphy”

He began his career in real estate in 1977 as an agent, then broker, selling apartment complexes in his twenties. At age 31 in the 1980's, he graduated to the development business by developing his first shopping center, a 352,000 sq.ft. department store-anchored center in Tulsa, Ok. He has formed development  partnerships as the lead developer for apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, medical parks, and waterfront single-family projects in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Colorado, in excess of $400 million. He has entitled properties in front of city councils in over thirty cities for these projects. University of North Texas, 1968-73.

“Dave Zook”

Dave is a successful business owner and an experienced real estate investor active in the Multi Family apartment space. Dave and his partners own well over $100 Million dollars worth of Multi Family apartments purchased since 2009 in some of the strongest job markets in the US.  He is well versed and actively involved in the ATM investment space and has provided investment opportunities to lots of investors looking for strong cash flow and tax benefits.  Dave is a published author and has been guest speaker at the International Business conference, The Jason Hartman real estate mastermind, The Wealth Formula podcast and the Real Estate Guys radio show as well as a host of others.
